Ledgent is partnering with THREE separate clients (Bloomington, Hastings, and Roseville) looking to add Staff Accountants to their teams. BOTH roles open due to promotion.

Direct Hire. Compensation varies depending upon experience but targeting $60-$75k/annually + BONUS.

Job Description:

• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Apply customer payments accurately to open invoices
• Assist with customer account reconciliations and inquiries
• Support audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with internal audits and year-end reporting
• Perform miscellaneous clerical and accounting tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• 1-2+ years of experience in and accounting focused role
• Exposure to ERP software (Great Plains, SAP, D365)
• Comfortable working ON-SITE
